1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a guardian to use our services. You agree to use the site lawfully and refrain from activities that may harm or impair others.
4. Order Process & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept Debit/Credit cards, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Any delivery times provided are estimates, and we are not liable for any delays beyond our control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or incorrect. For catering services, cancellation policies may differ based on the contract.
7. Liability
3 Generation Snak Shak is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, health issues arising from food consumption.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in North Carolina courts.
9. Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing 3 Generation Snak Shak for your snack machine rental needs! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute the rental agreement between you ("Renter") and 3 Generation Snak Shak ("Company"). By booking a rental, you agree to these terms.
1) Rental Period
A "one day" rental is defined as up to 8 consecutive hours on the agreed rental date.
Machines must be returned or picked up by the agreed time to avoid additional fees. Extended time is available at a rate of $50/hour for individual machines or $150/hour for the all-inclusive bundle.
2) Rental Fees & Payment
All rental fees are due in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
Additional charges may apply for:
Extra supplies: $15-$25 per 25 servings for individual machines or $65 for 25 servings of each for the All-Inclusive Bundle.
Extended service time: $50-$65/hour for individual machines or $150/hour for the All-Inclusive Bundle.
3) Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date are non-refundable.
In the rare event 3 Generation Snak Shak must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or the Renter may choose to reschedule.
4) Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup are included in the rental price within 15 miles of Burlington, NC.
Rentals outside this radius may incur an additional delivery fee of up to $30.
3 Generation Snak Shak will deliver, set up, and demonstrate machine operation to the Renter at the agreed location and time.
5. Renter Responsibilities
The Renter is responsible for ensuring the machines are used safely and appropriately.
Machines must be returned in clean and working condition. Cleaning fees of $30 will apply if machines are returned dirty.
Any damages or loss to the machines during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Renter. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced accordingly.
6. Full-Service Rentals
Full-service rentals include a trained team member to operate the machines for up to 2 hours. Extended service is available at an additional hourly rate.
3 Generation Snak Shak will adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving guests.
7. Liability & Indemnification
The Renter assumes all responsibility for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
3 Generation Snak Shak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Weather Policy
For outdoor events, the Renter is responsible for providing adequate cover or protection for the machines.
If severe weather conditions prevent the event from proceeding, the Renter may reschedule their rental without penalty, subject to availability.
9. Dome Add-On for Cotton Candy Machines
The optional dome add-on is available for $10. It provides wind protection and ensures clean operation, especially for outdoor events.
The Renter is responsible for returning the dome in the same condition as received.
10. Agreement Confirmation
By booking a rental, the Renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
A signed rental agreement and payment must be completed prior to delivery or pickup.
